IFPC also has the following needs - Supervisors & Lead Mechanics - certified Stratica installers, trowel mechanics, Colorflake, EGM, Non-Skid, PRC, Carpet, One-Step Terrazzo, Ceramic, epoxy, terrazzo, resilient, sheet goods & laminate installers. IFPC is also looking for apprentices that want to advance in the trade. IFPC will provide all training for the right people. IFPC is located in Norfolk, VA, home to several Naval Bases and Government installations, including one of the largest shipyards in the Country, Northrop Grumman. Due to our central location, IFPC is able to service the entire East Coast from Florida to Maine. International Flooring & Protective Coatings, Inc. (IFPC) is the largest Commercial & Marine flooring contractor on the Eastern Seaboard. IFPC is currently hiring for all floor installers. IFPC currently has two large IDIQ contracts - interior for $21 Million & exterior for $99 Million. These are multi-year, multiple award contracts. IFPC also has been awarded the USS George Bush (carrier), this is by far one of the largest Marine Decking projects underway in the country, this is a $7 Million contract. On the commercial side of the house, IFPC currently has $15 Million in government/private contracts. Just to highlight a few: one is the Navy Housing project - 759 homes (carpet, sheet goods and Toli). Ft. Eustis Bunkers (epoxy), Integrated Science at William & Mary College (ceramic) and several schools (VCT & Carpet).
