The world's leading flame retardant temporary protection system, Cover Guard, can be used internally and externally to protect against damage from trade, wear and tear, and workmen's activities. The ideal protection for all surfaces, Cover Guard, is robust, durable, and resistant to tearing, water, most chemicals, and solvents. The product's unique anti-slip/anti-trip deck plate pattern provides safety. Pacifica Senior Living Center
Virginia Beach, VA - Completed August 2012. 19 Apartments
IFPC worked with a developer to demolish existing flooring and install new vinyl plank flooring, base, and carpet in a senior residential building in Virginia Beach. The team met codes and requirements, including an owner's change order to add baseboards and carpet to additional units.
ODU - Dormitories
Norfolk, VA - Completed June 2009.

IFPC conducted four (4) projects for ODU that included demolition and installation of flooring. For the Powhatan Apartments, IFPC installed carpet and transitions in bedrooms for 72 units and living rooms for 63 units. The Whitehurst Hall had carpet that IFPC removed. The team found high moisture on the floors and provided preparation and installation services for luxury vinyl tile and a 6" baseboard. Rogers Hall is another dormitory for which IFPC prepared and installed flooring. The team installed luxury vinyl tile, carpet, and a cove baseboard. They met change orders to add skimming and floor sealing to the scope of work and completed work within three (3) months. IFPC worked under a general contractor to install ceramic tile in Spong Hall during the summer. The team met its deadline for the dormitory to be ready for students.
ODU - Peri/Nuclear & Particle Physics Facility
Norfolk, VA - Completed March 2010.
Peri/Nuclear & Particle Physics Facility, 523SY Carpet, and 1,360LF Baseboard IFPC Land demolished flooring and installed new carpeting and vinyl baseboards throughout the Peri/Nuclear & Particle Physics Facility. The team worked with ODU's change order during installation to add a walk-off mat at the building entrance.
Hampton, VA - 75'x200' hangar, building.
IFPC provided flooring for the Aviation Applied Technology Directorate (AATD) facility, including aviation systems engineering and flight support for our nation's defense helicopters. The facility has a hangar and office space for test planning, airworthiness support, and experimental flight test projects.
